Did Man walk on the moon?
Many conspiracy theories say that no man has ever walked on the moon and was faked by NASA. They also say that it was the highest budget film ever made in area 51 in the US. THe US flag waving in the surface of the moon where there is no atmosphere, the shadows of the astronauts in four directions on the moon where sun can be the only source of light are the strong points of the conspiracies theories on a man landing on the moon.

Reason
The Space Race: The Soviet Union was far ahead of the US in the space race. Yuri Gagarin of the USSR was the first man in outer space and the first to orbit the Earth. Thus, in the quest of winning the space race, faking the moon landing would have been much easier than actually going to the moon.

Different views on moon landing:

The Conspiracy Theories:
1. How can the flag be fluttering when there is no air in the atmosphere of the moon?
2. The pictures of the moon have dark backgrounds. Where are the stars?
3. The air pressure inside the space suite was very high. How can the astronauts bend their joints in such a pressure?
4. The Lander weighed 17 tons yet the astronauts feet seem to have made a bigger dent in the dust. The powerful booster rocket at the base of the Lunar Lander was fired to slow descent to the moons service. Yet it has left no traces of blasting on the dust underneath. It should have created a small crater, yet the booster looks like it's never been fired.
5. A picture from Apollo 11 shows Neil Armstrong about to take his step on the moon. If Armstrong was the first man to land on the moon then who took the picture?

Reasons for this conspiracy theories:
1. The flag waves only when the astronauts are near to it due to the air pressure inside the space suite. Some people also say that the flag is not fluttering at all. It is just wrinkled as it has been folded up and stowed for several weeks.
2. The sun is much brighter on the moon than on the earth. There is no way that we could see other than the sun and the earth.
3."The space suit is made of hard materials with jointed sections to allow movement. The upper and lower torso sections are put on separately. The two pieces are connected at the waist to allow the flow of water and gas lines. Gloves and helmet create a sealed protection against meteoroids and radiation. On Earth, the space suit weighs about 100 pounds. In space, the suit weighs much less. Under normal conditions, a space suit should last about 8 years."
4. The moon has 1/6th the earth's gravity and the weight is relative to the gravity. Thus, the weight of the lunar lander was 17/6 (2.833) tons on the surface of the moon. This would be an equivalent landing of a chopper in the face of the earth.
5. Experts say that there was an arm attached to the lander that was deployed just before Neil Armstrong opened the hatch. This arm had a television and a still camera mounted to it.
